A 28-year-old man suffered serious injuries after he crashed a car, which then burst into flames, on Interstate 15 in Scripps Ranch near the Miramar area early Wednesday, a California Highway Patrol official said.
Injured driver thanks FedEx worker who pulled him from burning vehicle
On July 26, Rohrbach came across a Toyota Camry on fire along the side of the southbound 15 Freeway around 3 a.m. He was first on scene and was able to pull the injured driver from the burning vehicle before firefighters arrived.
