Man's arm severed in El Cerrito crash

A traffic alert was issued when officers closed both sides of University between Shilo Road and 58th street, and 54th Street between Trojan Avenue and Chollas Parkway.
Three people are injured following a two-vehicle rollover crash on University Avenue near El Cerrito, California. The accident occured around 10:30 a.m. on October 22 when a green Honda collided with a pickup truck at University Avenue and 54th street, causing it to roll. One man was rushed to the hospital after his arm was reportedly severed. Two others were also taken to the hospital.
