Wrong‑way driver causes head‑on Lake County crash
About 5:30 p.m. Bonnie Adams, 73, of Plumas Lake — near Yuba City — was seen driving the wrong way on the two‑lane highway near the Nice‑Lucerne cutoff north of Lakeport. In less than one minute her 2010 Honda Odyssey crashed into a 2007 Honda Accord driven by Roen Adams, 20, of Oakland.
