Authorities identify man killed in Oakland hit-run crash
Flores was believed to be living in Oakland at the time of his death, but the coroner's office did not have an address for him. He has family in Mexico and locally in Stockton, authorities said.

Reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle came in at 4:53 p.m. on Sunday to the 5400 block of Coliseum Way near the Oakland Flea Market. Police discovered a man, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver fled. Few details are available; check back for updates.
