A wrong-way driver caused a fatal crash on Interstate 280 early Thursday in Palo Alto, authorities said. The crash happened when a car traveling north in the south lanes crashed into a southbound car at Page Mill Road at 12:56 a.m., said Acting Battalion Chief Ken Green of the Palo Alto Fire Department.
