Three people were injured when the sedan they were travelling smashed into an apartment complex carport in Redwood City Saturday afternoon. Significant damage was caused to the building, located at 1309 Marshall Street, and all three passengers, including one child, were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Due to the damage to the buidling, Redwood City Fire requested that an inspector come out to evaluate its stability.
