The plane was located in a wetlands area with power lines wrapped around it, making access for emergency crews difficult, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office.
Victims in deadly San Rafael plane crash identified
Additional reports came in that a plane had struck power lines near the airport. An initial investigation revealed that one person was deceased while another was in critical condition.
