CHP Officer Kory Reynolds said Honda sedan driver David Ostberg, 47, of Kelseyville was passing a large truck on the two‑lane rural highway when he moved into the path of oncoming Cadillac sedan. The Honda sideswiped the Cadillac, throwing the Honda into a spin.
