Harlan Adams, 51, was eastbound on State Road 46 and approaching the Interstate 95 overpass in Brevard County near Mims when he fell asleep about 2:20 a.m. Friday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Adams’ semi-tractor trailer then struck two construction barrels, a crash attenuator and a concrete wall, troopers said.
