The Bay County Sheriff's Office identified the victims of Sunday's crash near Fountain as Kathleen Shultz, Nancy Moore and Nicholas Hoang. Authorities said pilot Patrick Shultz was taken to a burn unit. Their hometowns were not released.

Authorities say three people are dead after a small plane crashed on a rural road in Florida's Panhandle.
