Dewayne John was driving a 2024 Mercedes GLE-450 at a high speed eastbound on I-20, east of Riverside Parkway, around 2:30 a.m. when the front of his car collided with the rear of the tractor trailer, driven by 59-year-old Frank Holmes of Arizona, police said.
