Chase Alexander Luther, 23, killed, after his car leaves Crabapple Road in Rowsell, and crashes into a tree.

Police have identified the man who died after an early morning accident in Roswell on Tuesday morning.

23-year-old Chase Alexander Luther from Roswell was the only occupant of the Toyota pickup truck that lost control.

The accident happened around 6 a.m. on Crabapple Road near Hembre Road. Authorities say the vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree.

Roswell Police sat the tree feel on the car and trapped the victim inside.

Due to the accident, Hembree Road from Crabapple Road to Saddlebrook Court were closed for much of the morning.

The accident does no appear to be weather-related.

The cause of the wreck is still under investigation by the Roswell Police Traffic Enforcement Unit.
