The Georgia State Patrol has identified a teenager who was seriously hurt in a car crash Tuesday evening.
Catoosa County Teenager Killed in I-75 Crash
They said Augusta Tolley, 17, lost control of her Cadillac Escalade exiting the interstate. She hit a guardrail and overturned. Tolley was thrown from the vehicle.
The driver, Augusta Tolley, lost control attempting to exit onto the 348 ramp on I-75 in Catoosa County. The SUV traveled from the west emergency lane to the median and struck the guardrail. The vehicle overturned and Tolley was ejected. Both Tolley, 17, and her passenger, Jessica Goldsmith, 18, were taken to Erlanger Medical Center with injuries.
