UPDATE: Driver avoiding deer caused semi-truck wreck, chemical spill, report says

Columbus Fire and EMS official Rickey Shores said the accident caused the spill of tetraethylammonium hydroxide, a highly corrosive liquid mainly used for industrial purposed, such as burning etchings into metal.
