Idaho State Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 11:34 p.m. August 27, 2023, at southbound US Highway 91 just south of Reservation Road north of Chubbuck. A 31-year-old female, of Jerome, was driving a 2008 Nissan Altima. The vehicle impacted a concrete wall, a telephone pole, and the vehicle rolled.
