Investigators said Steven Masterson, 25, of Brookston, was driving a moped down a hill on Springboro. That’s when, for an unknown reason, the moped left the road and hit a guardrail.

Masterson was thrown from his moped and over the guardrail, and was eventually found dead on the hillside.
