Sheriff: 16-year-old killed in Topeka-area ATV wreck

Justin Wyatt Branham, 16, was riding a three-wheeled ATV shortly after noon in the 8500 block of S.E. 2nd Street around when he lost control. The ATV went off the road and into a ditch north of the street. Branham was taken to a local hospital by American Medical Response ambulance. At the time of the accident, Branham was wearing a helmet, according to the Shawnee County Sheriff’s office.
