Marvin (Sean) Hogsten, 51, of Ashland, was killed in the crash, according to a social media post from the Boyd County Coroner's Office. The post said a preliminary investigation of the wreck indicated "the vehicle exited Keyser Creek Road crossing Shopes Creek and came to rest on its side in a culvert."
