The preliminary investigation revealed that Demario Coleman, age 35 of Mississippi, was traveling on US 150 in a 2007 GMC Yukon when he collided head-on with a 2016 Ram 1500 that was being operated by Llyric Perkins, age 47 of Harrodsburg.
