Elderly woman struck, killed by vehicle

Police believe the woman, who has not been identified, was on the sidewalk when two vehicles collided in the 200 block of East 33rd Street. The collision forced one of the vehicles onto the sidewalk where it struck the victim.

A 78-year-old woman is dead after being struck by a car Friday afternoon.
The drivers of the vehicles that collided were uninjured and remained at the scene of the crash.
