Fatal car crash reported in Anne Arundel County

The crash happened on MD 50 westbound near MD 424, Anne Arundel County police said at 6:45 a.m. Maryland State Police at the Glen Burnie Barrack said they had few details immediately available on the crash.

Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal car crash in Davidsonville Friday morning.

It was not yet known whether a storm that dropped more than an inch of rain across the region before 6:30 a.m. contributed to the crash. Two lanes are open on MD 50 but traffic is delayed, county police said.

From what you said you sure do seem to know a lot about Karen and I know that cause you said she hasn't seen her 2 kids in years and only someone close to her or family would know something like that. So I hear now that this whole accident is a cover up and the boyfriend BRUCE WOODFIELD BROKE HER NECK IN A FIGHT most likely over DRUGS. I feel so sad and sorry for her kids & family.

From what I know she was a passenger in the car and her boyfriend was driving. The boyfriend was in critical condition. According to what the boyfriend told police was she had no family. No kids and her parents were both dead. Which is very sad because she has 2 kids in the area and her parents are alive. So the police did not know who to contact. Lucily her old address was still on her Id and contacted a neighbor that lived by her old address. But that wasn't till Sunday. So they can't give out info until family is notified and also investigating the crash. There was a service for her today at 11am @ Mt. Zion Methodist church in Lothian, MD. Please keep her family and most of all her 2 children that she had not had contact with for a while in your thought and prayers.

I hope this is not a cover-up, DA's Office will get some crucial information to work with. I hope the truth comes out. Justice will be served.

I hope the people that know something about this MURDER will come forward with Details or Leads so we can get JUSTICE for Karen & her Family, If not I know KARMA will be paying VISITS to the people holding the TRUTH and this LOSER CALLED BRUCE WOODFIELD. IF NOBODY BELIVES ME PLEASE LOOK THIS GUY UP THE STATE POLICE ALREADY CHARGED HIM. I HOPE HE SPENDS THE REST OF HIS LIVING DAYS BEHIND BARS INTILL HE MEETS HIS MAKER!!!!

Is there an updates to this Fatal Accident??? I heard through a neighbor that a good old friend was one the lady that was killed, Her name was Karen Smith and i still have not seen or heard any NEW NEWS about the Accident???? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT HAPPEND AND WHO WAS THE GUY IN THE CAR WITH MY FRIEND KAREN. I really belive that and HOPE the copps are investigating cause there is something wrong with the whole story and the Accident at 330 in the Morning> PLEASE HELP ME FINDOUT WHAT REALLY HAPPEND.
