Someone should send the following to the families. I do not know how to contact them: WRT your article regarding 2 women killed in Dundalk Crash: http://accidentdatacenter.com/us/maryland/baltimore-md/dundalk/15/08/06/brittany-nicole-walker-21-and-gabrielle-pitts-20-killed-and-brandon-ardell-tsioumas-21-and-jeff Did the police actually conduct a field sobriety test, breathalyzer or blood test for alcohol on Jason Robert Vance, 33, of the 2500 block of Welsh Avenue in Edgemere? John, Thank you so much for this valuable information. At Accident Data Center we struggle with poor follow up by the media for their reporting on accidents. Hopefully the families of these young women will receive this information you found for them, since they undoubtably will be paying close attention to the criminal and civil cases that follow. Thanks again, Ingrid Taylor, Managing Editor, Accident Data Center

I knew gabby Pitts & this doesn't seem right about what happened and the fact the asshole is on fb joking about them hitting & killing these young ladies and injuring the young men.. Please pray for all families going through this horrible accident. Thx

What do you mean they are on facebook joking about the accident?  If so they better get locked up!!  Gaby was a friend of my daughters and the class of 2012 has had way to many tragedies and for someone to brag about it well just better hope the police arrest his ass

I was disturbed by what folks are saying about the Facebook jokes, so I asked the Accident Data Center Maryland partner attorney we work with about it.  Here is what he has to say: "Facebook entries by perpetrators that glorify the crash, belittle the victims or make light of their crimes are great tools for victims’ representatives to show how little remorse the criminal has about their tragic actions.  We have used these posts with outstanding success to show a jury how little regard the defendant has for their victims and how little care they demonstrate for their actions.  This is particularly useful at sentencing where the defense lawyer tries to prove how contrite the defendant is or how they accept responsibility for their actions.   We simply show the Facebook entry and that speaks a lot louder than their defense.  A defense of how a drunk driver for example has “changed their ways” is easily defeated by Facebook or other social media posts glorifying their drunken behavior before or after their crime occurred.  These are some of the most persuasive tools we have because the words come right from the defendant’s mouth. If your family has been affected by an outrageous comment or image, offensive post or vicious verbal attack on-line by a criminal defendant, let us know and we will provide an experienced attorney to pursue the most effective representation of your interests.  No one deserves to be victimized a second time from someone’s outrageous social media conduct."  Can someone take some screenshots of the Facebook posts? Before they are deleted... Ingrid Taylor, Accident Data Center
