Police: Two men dead after head-on collision in Md.
Police say they responded to the report of the crash around 10:00 p.m. and fire department personnel declared one driver, Godfred Dzansi, 39 of Gaithersburg dead at the scene. The other driver, Cesar Guzman, 25 of Hyattsville was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore where he succumbed to his injuries, police say.
