Ever Mauricio Osorio Fajardo, 29, killed and Edin Noe Ceron Cantoral, 29, Kevin Beard, 53, Elmer Augusto Miguel Galvez, 36, and German Oswaldo Ceron Cantoral, 23, injured in 2-vehicle wreck on Interstate 95 in Hyattsville, Maryland

Maryland State Police said a 29-year-old Prince George’s County man died Tuesday after he was struck by a car as he stood outside a disabled pickup truck on Interstate 95. The man, identified by authorities as Ever Mauricio Osorio Fajardo of Hyattsville, died at the scene of the crash in Baltimore County. In addition, State Police said, four others were injured — including the driver of the car that hit Fajardo. According to authorities, the Ford F-150 pickup truck was parked on the right shoulder of the highway just before the collision, which took place shortly before 6 p.m. in Catonsville north of I-195. Investigators said Fajardo, a passenger, was standing outside the rear of the pickup.
