Going westbound on I-69, the suspect hit a black car in a fatal head-on collision, killing one person. The person killed by the crash was not the suspect and has not yet been identified by police.
Man charged in connection to police chase, fatal crash in Shiawassee County
Doran Tashawn Duncan, 27, of Lansing, was arraigned Thursday, May 24, on charges of felony murder, carrying a concealed weapon, firearm possession by a felon, felony firearm and larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, according to court documents.
