Jasmine Newman-Evans, 21, of Clarks Grove, Minn., was driving a car shortly after 1 a.m. Monday, when it collided with the tow truck at the intersection of County Roads 10 and 14 near Pemberton, the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
