Burnsville Man Dies in Industrial Workplace Accident

Police say a Burnsville man has died in an industrial workplace accident. Lakeville police say 28-year-old Mitchell Robert Hauschildt of Burnsville was severely injured after he came into contact with a packaging machine.

LAKEVILLE, Minn. (AP) — A 28-year-old Burnsville man has died after a workplace accident at a manufacturing plant in Lakeville. The Hennepin County medical examiner's office determined Hauschildt died of multiple blunt force injuries caused by an industrial roller. Sunday when he came into contact with a packing machine at the facility owned by Genpak, a food service packaging company.
