Jered Smith, 39 of West Plains was the driver of the Kawasaki Teryx being driven, and the accident occurred when Smith attempted a right turn and overturned the vehicle. A passenger, Jared Finley, 38 of West Plains, suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for recovery.
