The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Polaris Ranger driven by a 9-year-old Savannah boy was westbound on a private road in the Honey Creek Conservation area. The UTV began to skid, traveled off the north side of the road, overturned and the driver was ejected.

The nine-year-old Savannah boy, seriously injured in a Monday evening utility vehicle accident in northwest Missouri, died Wednesday morning at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
