Lincoln woman killed in Seward County crash identified

The sheriff's office first reported that the injured woman in the van was a 20-year-old from Milford but clarified Monday that Hruby is 30 and from Pleasant Dale.

UPDATE: Second crash victim dies from injuries

Sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Antoinette Hruby of Milford was taken off life support Saturday after it became apparent she wouldn't be able to recover from her injuries.

Hruby is survived by a boyfriend and four children.
The Seward County Sheriff's Office has released the name of a Lincoln woman killed in a car accident near Milford Sunday morning. A 1994 Mazda pickup driven by Kimberly Hawthorne, 45 of Lincoln, crossed the center line on U.S. 6, and crashed head-on with a minivan driven by Antoinette Hruby, 30 of Pleasant Dale. Hawthorne was pronounced dead at the scene. A medical helicopter flew Hruby to Bryan West Campus, where she was listed in critical condition Monday night. According to law enforcement officers, Speed was a factor, though it has yet to be determined which vehicle may have been speeding.
