Sean Collins said he was one of the first people to pull over at the scene of the crash. He said he didn't see the accident happen, but when he rounded a corner, he saw a Chevy Aveo flipped on its side.

Sean Collins found the car overturned and immediately got out and flagged down other passing drivers for help while his 10-year-old son called 911. The woman was bleeding but conscious when they flipped the car over. She was taken to Elliot Hospital, and is now in stable condition.
