A preliminary police investigation revealed that a Nissan Sentra, driven by Kevin Notis II, 24, of Dover, was traveling westbound on I-78 when his vehicle then entered the center median, re-entered and traveled across the westbound lanes, and impacted a Freightliner and semitrailer which was parked and disabled on the right shoulder, Curry said.
