A 3-year-old child was struck and killed during a police chase in New Jersey's largest city Friday, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation tells NBC 4 New York. The child was hit near 15th Avenue and Seventh Street shortly before 10 a.m. as police tried to apprehend a suspect, the source said.
