A preliminary police investigation revealed that a Nissan Altima, driven by Miroslav Majernik, 20, of Manville Borough, was traveling east on I-80 when in the area of milepost 9.9, the vehicle traveled off the roadway to the left and impacted a tree, Marchan said.
