For reasons unknown, near milepost 67, the Chevrolet was parked in the roadway when it was struck by the CMV. The driver of the Chevrolet, James Culbertson (65) of Indiana, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene by the Office of Medical Investigator.
