Police pursuit ends in serious crash, suspect identified
Police said Jefferson sped throughout the city and officers put down a spike belt near 8th Street and Bridge Boulevard to stop him.
Officers said Jefferson hit the belt but kept going before finally colliding with the two vehicles. Police said the driver in the car he hit had to be cut out of the it.
