Seybold was transported from the scene by Alstar Ambulance and later flown to the Erie County Medical Center. Firefighters from Dunkirk and West Dunkirk also responded to the scene. Charges are pending.

A 20-year-old Amy L. Seybold has been hospitalized after crashing into a tree on Brigham Road. At about 3:40 a.m., Seybold crossed the southbound lane and crashed into a tree. She was brought to Erie County Medical Center suffering severe injuries.
