Woman killed and Stephen Wruck arrested in collision at 24th Street and Michigan Avenue in Niagara Falls, New York

Stephen Wruck killed my sister Thanksgiving Eve while she was driving to her daugther's to drop off gravey for Thanksgiving dinner.  The killer ran a stop sign at 60 MPH, slamming into her car and riping her from her seat belt and sending her to her death on the wet cold pavement.  The killer ran from the scene, calling 911 to report his truck was stolen!  Driving on a suspened license, this druken killer was relaeased from County Jail several days after killing my sister. Several states including the once great State of New York enacted "BAIL REFORM" which results in criminals being set free pending trial.  Stephen Wruck remains free on the streets.  "WHY???"  My sister was killed by this DUI driver 10 + months ago.  The Governor's acts like he is the Emperor of the Empire State.  Shame on you Governor!  Work to change this law for the good of the communities.  Acts of violence resulting in death require consquences other then being released back to the community.  Where is the accountablility?  This drunk driver was not even required to wear an ankle bracelet as a condition of release!  Career politicians focus more on winning the next election than caring for the victims of their poor goverence.
