Peter Roberts, 53, struck and killed by a flatbed truck while walking on East 125th Street in East Harlem, New York

The trucker struck the 53-year-old man near Third Avenue just before 10:40 a.m., and the victim, who suffered severe body trauma died at the scene, according to the NYPD. Police claimed the victim, later ID’d as Peter Roberts, was “undomiciled.”
