Man fatally struck by two cars in Queens accident: NYPD

The pedestrian, believed to be in his 60s, tripped on the center median and fell into the southbound lanes where he was hit by a 2002 Toyota driver. The victim was then thrown into northbound lanes and struck again by another driver, authorities said.

According to police, the victim was crossing Woodhaven Boulevard mid-block near 91st Avenue, when he tripped onto the center median and fell into the southbound lanes — causing him to be struck by the driver of a 2002 Toyota at around 7 a.m.
