Jose Alfredo Cruz Valencia, 32, died following a single-vehicle rollover crash on Houston Road in Troutman, North Carolina

Troopers say a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling east, drove off the right side of the road, drove back onto the roadway, crossed the center line, traveled off the left side of the road, hit a ditch, and then overturned. The driver, Jose Alfredo Cruz Valencia, 32, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The passenger was not injured.
