Sofia Anna Guerrero, 30, and an 18-year-old are injured following a two-vehicle head-on collision on NC 49 in Alamance County, North Carolina

On Tuesday around 8 a.m., units with E.M. Holt Fire Station 9 in Burlington were dispatched along with Alamance County EMS and Alamance County Rescue Units to Maple Avenue in relation to a car accident. Personnel arrived on the scene to find a head-on collision had occurred between two cars.
