Erika McNeal, 37, died, Amy Barber, 47, charged in a two-vehicle rear-end collision on the Interstate 85 on-ramp at South Elm-Eugene Street in Greensboro, North Carolina

Amy Barber, 47, was driving a 2019 Jeep Compass on the ramp from S. Elm-Eugene Street to the southbound lanes of Interstate 85 about 4 p.m. Thursday when she ran into the rear of a 1994 Mercedes-Benz C280 driven by Erika McNeal, 37, the Greensboro Police Department said.
