A woman was killed Thursday evening in a head-on collision that sent two others to the hospital with serious injuries.

Deborah Lynn Moser, 46, of Winston-Salem, was killed in the crash just after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 66 and Old Rural Hall Road.

The occupants of the second vehicle, Lisa Clay Burton, 28, and Lamicah James Clay, 4, were taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center with serious injuries, Winston-Salem police said.

Moser's Honda Accord crossed the center line and collided head-on with Burton's Toyota Corolla, police said. Moser was pronounced dead at the scene.
