Cornwall was driving in the 5300 block of Rapid Run Road at about 11:24 that morning when he collided head-on with another vehicle, said Sgt. Bob Schwaeble of Delhi Township police. "There was another person injured that was struck head-on," Schwaeble said. "(Cornwall) would have been the one that was actually at fault."

Chester Cornwall, of Anderson Township, died September 1, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. The other driver involved in the August 15th crash was transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
