A woman suffered life-threatening injuries when she was hit by a pickup truck while pushing a stroller in Greenhills.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said Mary Ellen Smith, 66, was in critical condition. Police said the truck was turning onto Winton from Ingram, when the accident happened. They said Smith and the children, ages four and 17 months, were in the crosswalk and the pickup truck driver didn't see them.
