Police said the car was split in two, and it's so damaged that they could not immediately determine the make of the vehicle. Even by 8:30 a.m., authorities could only say it was an Infiniti.

Police believe the passenger was killed, and the driver was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in West Chester. It's unclear the extent of his injuries.
