Sheriff: Motorcyclist killed in Franklin Township crash
Investigators said 76-year-old Ronald L. Sparks, of Grove City, was driving a 2012 Dodge Ram west on Frank Road when he attempted to left onto Brown Road when he was struck by a 42-year-old Michael K. Bruce, of Columbus, who was operating a 1982 Honda Goldwing motorcycle.
