Police chase, crash closes I-71 southbound in north Columbus
Police say the van’s tires were punctured as the vehicle drove over the stop sticks. The driver then continued southbound on I-71 and exited at Hudson Street, according to police. The driver then continued to enter the interstate again and lost control of the van, going through a fence and rolling onto the highway.
