On October 16th, 2023 at approximately 9:42 p.m. The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury accident on SR 541 near CR 17 in Jackson Township.Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined that 19-year-old Gavin Henry of Coshocton was traveling Eastbound on SR 541 when he drove off the right side of the roadway and up an embankment.
